  I do not live in Monticello. I was in town for business and stayed in a motel next to the business. I called to do a call out order. I called I know 6 times with no answer. I thought maybe I had the wrong number, so I rechecked and called again several more times. Finally I decided to walk. I placed my order. I sat waiting for 20 minutes. Then one employee asked me if my name was (another patron). I said no. Another 20 minutes, they asked who I was. They had an order already bagged up. They opened it up, took one meal out and then brought me the package, (my order) it was not my order. It was a cheeses burger, but absolutely not what I ordered. Not going back. The staff seems clueless. On a brighter side, the burger I was given was good, so no complaints on the food, even though that is not what I ordered.

  Liked the spicy pulled pork. Service was friendly. Clean store. Didn't like the desert which was peanut butter cheesecake. Chickens strips were good. Burger was okay. Had a couple outdoor tables, so we could sit outside with our pup. Overall it was a little mediocre, but much better than your average fast food. We enjoyed our car break here.
